Staying here was an incredible experience! I loved the location, right in the heart of everything I wanted to explore. The staff was incredibly attentive, from the reception to the F&B and back of house team. They made me feel right at home with their excellent professional service, and always had a smile on their face. The room itself was clean and spacious, with great amenities like a mini-bar and in-room safe. I really appreciated the option to get breakfast in my room or enjoy the buffet downstairs.

My stay was fantastic, made all the better by the superior service and facilities provided. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city!

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, and close to the central station. The staff, both at breakfast and reception, were friendly and provided great service. The room was spacious and had a separate toilet, washbasin, and walk-in shower. There were plenty of clothes hanging space and shelves, as well as a fridge and hospitality tray. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of choices, including gluten-free options. There was hot food available in ready-cooked portions. We were also checked into our room early, which was a nice bonus.

The hotel's location is perfect, as it's situated right across the street from the City Hall, close to everything you'd want to see in this city. I loved that I could walk to the Tivoli Gardens easily and explore the nearby church. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the breakfast they provided was divine. the hotel facilities and transportation options were great.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Copenhagen for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to all the popular attractions. The breakfast spread was wonderful and provided a great start to my day. The comfortable bed and nice bathroom added to my overall comfort. Despite the loud clock outside, it didn't bother me since it was turned off during the night. The reliable internet connection was a bonus. This hotel exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

The breakfast is top-notch, with plenty of options, including overnight oats and a ginger shot. The rooms are also spotless, with comfortable beds and a selection of English TV channels.

There is room for improvement in terms of space and noise level. The walls are not soundproof, so sometimes you can hear your neighbors.
